We reserve the right to decline service if we feel the project is not a good fit or if the information provided is misleading or incomplete.

3. Payments & Refunds

Payments for services are due as outlined in your proposal or invoice. A deposit may be required to secure your session or project start date.

Because of the customized nature of our work, all sales are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing. In the case of cancellation or rescheduling, we will do our best to accommodate you but cannot guarantee availability.

4. Scheduling & Communication

Consultations and services must be scheduled through our official booking platform or by direct communication. You agree to respond in a timely manner to ensure progress on your project or photo session. Delays in communication may result in rescheduling or delays in delivery.

5. Turnaround & Revisions

Turnaround times vary by service type and will be communicated at the time of booking. We offer a set number of revisions for design work as outlined in your proposal. Additional revisions may incur additional fees.

6. Copyright & Usage Rights

Apollo and Pep Designs retains the copyright to all original artwork, designs, and photographs unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients receive usage rights as outlined in their project scope, typically including personal use or specific commercial use.

You may not alter, sell, or distribute any designs or photos without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Apollo and Pep LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, illness, or technical issues.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of this website or our services constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

9. Governing Law
